Return Guarantee Rules

In addition to the refund rights available under applicable laws, if you purchased directly from our websites and were presented with the money-back option during the checkout process, you are eligible to receive a refund if you did not like our service, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

You contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your initial purchase; and you have been on the site (i) for at least 6 consecutive days within the first 7 days after purchase (for annual and longer subscription periods) or (ii) for at least 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after purchase (for monthly subscription periods); and you can demonstrate why you did not like our content. We will review your request and notify you (by email) if your request was approved.

Please note that only compliance with the above requirements entitles you to a refund under the Money Back Guarantee. For the sake of clarity, this Money Back Guarantee does not apply to any other case.

No refunds apply to purchases made with a 100% voucher, if the voucher was for another percentage discount, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.

No refunds apply to purchases made with Gift Cards in whole or in part.

No refunds apply to purchases of courses and live events, even if you did not attend the event or course.

The same rules apply to refunds for registration of professionals as above. No refunds apply if the registration was not completed by the professional and did not appear in the list of therapists.


Generally, if you do not comply with the terms of our Money-Back Guarantee set out above, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or as required by applicable law.

Note for residents of certain U.S. states. If you are a resident of California or Connecticut and you cancel your purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will refund any payment you have made.

Note for EU residents: If you are a resident of the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the digital content purchase agreement without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of such agreement. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the execution of the agreement has commenced with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE IMMEDIATE EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFUL. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund unless the digital service is defective.
